One thing that we can utilize on your journey is a Temperament Profile, called an APS. Have you ever wondered who you really are, or what your most basic needs are? 

The APS is a comprehensive report that tells us just that. God designed you so uniquely. You have inborn strengths, weaknesses, tendencies, and major needs. When those major needs go unmet, you probably will experience stress, anxiety, and depression, to name a few. The APS can give us a great starting off point, and is so valuable in helping families. It helps spouses understand each other better and helps parents understand their children better.
